Born in Toronto, Dr. Glass attended the Ontario Science Centre Science School. She then took her undergraduate training at University of Western Ontario, her medical training at University of Ottawa and her postgraduate, Obstetrics and Gynecology, training at McMaster University.

Dr. Glass' interest in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery drew her to UCLA where she completed a two year fellowship with a dual appointment in the divisions of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Urogynecology. She returned to McMaster University in Hamilton as an Assistant Professor. She has joined Sunnybrook Health Science Centre and Women's College Hospital to concentrate on Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Glass' interests currently include laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery as they apply to infertility, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She is working with Dr. Al Covens at Toronto Sunnybrook Regional Cancer Centre to start a clinic for Female Fertility Preservation in all female cancer patients.
